EMBO Award for Communication in the Life Science
The EMBO Award for Communication is presented annually to a life scientist in Europe for outstanding contributions to the public communication of science. The award highlights the exceptional efforts made by many scientists to combine science communication with a full-time research career.
The winners of the EMBO Award are nominated for the EU-Descartes Prize for science communication. The sum awarded is 5.000 €, accompanied by a silver and gold metal inscribed with the winner`s name.
The deadline for application is 30 June 2007.
